User Guide for GoBrunch Meeting Platform

For Influencer Sweden's digital meetings, we use the GoBrunch platform. Follow these steps to join and use the platform:

1. Join the Meeting:
   • Click on the meeting link provided.
   • Enter your name.
   • Upload a picture of yourself or choose an avatar from the available options.
2. Enable Webcam and Microphone:
   • Allow your web browser to use your webcam and microphone when prompted.
3. Inside the Meeting Room:
   • Your picture or avatar will appear in a circle.
4. Show Video (Optional):
   • To show a live video of yourself in the circle, click on CIRCLE CAM in the toolbar at the bottom.
5. Present Something (If Applicable):
   • If the meeting allows presentations, click on CAM in the toolbar at the bottom to start a presentation.
6. Change View Mode:
   • Click on MY VIEW (keyhole symbol).
   • In the menu, select DYNAMIC MODE to adjust how the presentation window is displayed in your browser.
7. Share Your Screen:
   • To share your screen, window, or browser tab, click on SHARE in the toolbar at the bottom.
